Our Philosophy
Voyage and Vibe Travel was built on a simple belief: that the way we travel should be as considered as the destinations we choose. Founded in 2025, the advisory grew out of decades of curiosity, years at sea and on land, and a quiet conviction that the brochures rarely tell the whole story.
Dr. Ray Marbury spent years inside cruise lines and resorts, learning ships and properties the way others read maps. What began as personal expertise became a calling: opening the finest travel to every traveler, whatever their needs, and planning it with genuine care.
Alongside co-founder Shawn Canady, the advisory pairs research-grade precision with old-fashioned hospitality. Every itinerary is built around the traveler, not the inventory.
We do not sell trips. We build them, one conversation at a time, grounded in real experience rather than a brochure.

From Our Recent Voyage
Dr. Ray aboard Celebrity Apex
Sailed May 16 through May 29, 2026, from Southampton and back again, around the top of Denmark, along the Norwegian coast, and into the fjords. Long evenings on deck, smaller ports than the bigger ships reach, and the kind of late-spring light that makes the North Sea feel close to intimate.
The next sailing of this exact itinerary departs Southampton on May 15, 2027.
